From 13 to 15/04/2010, GENEV mission and Glauchau training Center (Germany) led  by Mr. Bertram Lenk, GENEV members, director of the Center for visiting and working in Urban Works Construction college which  implement the joint training and teacher training in Vietnam. Accompanying with delegation DPh Stefan-A.Razus, Director of Rhein-Main area craft industry (Frankfurt) and Mr. Thomas Ritzkat, underground construction experts. 
      Urban Works Construction college mission led by DPh. Nguyen Ba Thang, Party Committee Secretary, Principal of the college having discussion with German partners.

      At the meeting, the partners  proposed  targets which was signed by a memorandum of understanding (MOU) dated 06/11/2009 on the establishment of a Vietnamese - German vocational training center at Urban Works Construction  college To turn its into reality. 

     In order to realize common objectives, in addition to comparing and unifying the training program between Vietnam and Germany have been conducted from previous meeting, the partners agreed implementation  training program for teachers "Train-the-Trainer" (hereinafter referred to 3T) in the three groups are construction, welding, Electricity to prepare human resources for the center in the future. 

     3T course will be done in the period from August 01, 2010 to October 30, 2010. The first week (theory training) was  in Vietnam and the next three weeks (the practice training) was in Germany. All contents are trained by German teachers with the German standards.

      Students who meet the course requirements will get 3T certified by German standards and the professional qualification for teaching at Vietnamese - German vocational training centers, in the future. 

       The Talks between two partners 
      The two  partners also agreed on the contents of the MOU on cooperation teacher training program. On the afternoon of  April 15,2010, the partners signed an MOU.
