History

       Branch of Urban Works Construction College in Thua Thien - Hue province was established under Decision No. 706 / QD-BXD dated April 27, 2004  by the Minister of Construction Ministry. On be half of Urban Construcion College at Midle and Highlan areas to carry out all duties under the regulation of Urban Construction College.

Party organizations and unions

- The branch has own party under  the Communist Party of Vietnam. Party organizations lead the branch completing the given tasks, solidarity all party members to obey strictly the guidelines and policies of the Party, the laws of the State.

- Organization of Trade Union and Communist Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh established and operated under charter by the General Confederation of Labor and Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh,subject to the direct leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam in university branch and uniform all  activities with general movement .

- The branch could be established associations such as the  students Uninon .... but subject to the management of th Communist Party of Vietnam

- University branch to establish a  council is responsible for advising the Director of guidelines, directions and work great in each area contributes to bring efficiency to all activities of the university branch.
