Implementation of the memorandum signed between urban of works construction college and vocational training center construction Glauchau (Germany) in June 2009, Mr. Bertram Lenk, director of the center visit and work at the college from 14 to September 19,2009 to specify each item in the memorandum. 

      At the meeting, Rector Nguyen Ba Thang and Mr. B. continued Lenk said the two sides will actively cooperate in the training and career fields are in high demand, both parties are interested and have more advantage. All these problems have also been concerns expressed sincere, frank and constructive spirit to the two sides can resolve together to find appropriate direction at the same time, enlist the support of the Government and businesses from both countries to develop cooperation in training. 

      Although short-time work but the results of the meeting were two sides positively evaluated. Accordingly, the two sides will prepare all the conditions to make a quick refresher course to raise about 20 teachers for vocational training in Germany in six key areas where schools are and will train and, will conduct two classes of pilot training quality standard German in school and in welded construction.The two sides also agreed on the program, work plan and expected performance in the future.
