Functions and duties
Function: Helps Principal in the management aspects: organization staff, general administration, emulation and internal security.
Duties:
- Perform work on the organization of the school staff, arranging the layout of staff in accordance with the titles and responsibilities, planning, fostering cadres, faculty, teachers of the University;
- Organize the aspects of general administrative work, work archives, external relations, transactions, receptionist, unveiled details;
- Organizing the implementation of the emulation, rewards and implement policies and regimes for staff, faculty, employees as well as the internal security of the University.
