A MEETING ON EXPERIENTIAL EXCHANGE OF INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION
On September 30, 2011, CUWC organized the meeting on the exchange of experience in the organization, management, teaching in European and Australia countries. Attending the meeting, Toward CUWC, including Dr. Nguyen Ba Thang - Secretary of Party, CUWC’s Principal, leaders of Departments, Faculties, Centers…its’ personnel and teachers.
Dr. Nguyen Ba Thang, CUWC’s Principal visited and worked in European countries under the visit of Vice Minister of Ministry of Construction Nguyen Dinh Toan from September 11, 2011 to September 24, 2011.
MA. Trinh Van Dung, Vice Principal visited Australia with the cadre mission of Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Education and Training, General Department of Vocation in order to learn its experience of educational management from July 31, 2011 to August 27, 2011.
Teachers with the specialities in Electric Techniques, Construction Techniques, Welding participated in the advanced course to improve their qualification in CUWC’s Vietnamese – German Cooperation Framework in Germany from August 28, 2011 to September 16, 2011.
After the above - mentioned visits, Department of Training organized the meeting to exchange the educational experiences in European and Australia countries with agreement of Party Committee, Board of Leaders.
Concluding the meeting, MA. Bui Hong Hue, Vice Principal made a conclusive speech in emphasizing countries’ experiences of training and educational development. As we stated our intention to foster and improve the qualifications of teaching staff is college’s right policy, especially focused on improving teachers’ practical skills and oriented training quality to meet needs of labor market and requirements of employers. We would continue the process of skilled improvement for them more frequently and more qualitatively.
