JICA (Japan) worked with college’s leaders and Training Centre for Water Sector in the Central Region of Viet Nam about Project Implementation

On March 4, 2011, at College of Urban Works Construction, its leaders, Training Centre for Water Sector in the Central Region of Viet Nam and JICA had a meeting on project implementation “Enhance Human Resource for Central Water Supply Companies in Viet Nam” with Training Centre for Water Sector in the Central Region of Viet Nam (Thua Thien – Hue Branch under College of Urban Works Construction).
Attending the meeting, toward the college, including Dr. Nguyen Ba Thang, Secretary of Party, Principal; MA. Bui Hong Hue, Vice principal; Mr Tran Van Thien, Vice Principal; MA. Hoang Dinh Thao, Director of Training Centre for Water Sector in the Central Region of Viet Nam; MA. Dao Viet Ha, Head of Research and International Cooperation Department; Engineer Duong Danh Son, Head of Production and Equipment Management Department; Engineer Vu Minh Giang, Vice Director of Training Centre for Water and Environment. Toward partner, consisting of four members, appointed by Mr Sayama, Chief Councillor of Project “Develop Human Resource for Urban Water Supply Companies in the Central Region of Viet Nam”.
The meeting took place frankly, effusively, and effetively. It is important for both sides to agree the content and project implementation plans, including the construction of Training Centre for Water Sector in the Central Region of Viet Nam at Branch of College of Urban Works Construction in Thua Thien – Hue by Viet Nam’s capital and JICA’s support.
