OPEN TEACHER’S TRAINING COURSE “TRAIN THE TRAINER” 2011

 On August 8, 2011, the College of Urban Works Construction (CUWC) held starting the teacher’s training course “Train the Trainer 2011” according to the cooperation program between CUWC and German partner.

 

 Attending the opening, toward the Ministry of Construction, including Dr. Pham Khanh Toan – Director of International Cooperation Dept (ICD), Mr Nguyen Thanh Tung – an expert from ICD; toward Vietnamese Vocational Association, comprising Mr. Truong Anh Tuan – Training Association; toward GENEV, consisting of Ms Tran Thi Anh Tho -  representative of GENEV in Ha Noi; toward CUWC, there were Dr. Nguyen Ba Thang - Secretary of Party, Principal, MA. Bui Hong Hue – Vice Principal, and the leaders of CUWC ‘s departments, faculties, centers. Toward the colleges, including Mr. Tran Xuan Dung – Principal of Ha Noi Technical and Professional Intermediate School; Mr. Nguyen Van Luong – Vice Principal of Vietnam-Xoviet Vocational College No.1.

 

Toward German partner, including Mr Bertram Lenk – Director of Glauchau, Sachsen Vocational Training Centre (BFW) - Federal Republic of Germany; Mr. Michael Petzsche -  Director of BFW Project; Ms Almut Roeness - Chief Representative of XELLA Building Material Group (Federal Republic of Germany) in Viet Nam; Ms Agnes Delius – Lecture of theory course.

 

Mr. Markus Kamman – GENEV’s Director;  Mr. Stefen Razus - Director of Rhein-Main craft - industry Dept (Frankfurt) from Germany sent messages and flowers to congratulate.  

This training course is the first step of the project for Vietnamese – German Vocational training centers at CUWC, Construction Profession Assistance Association (BFW) and XELLA Building Materials Group (Germany) participated in the project. The course consists of 15 learners. They are the teachers from six colleges and intermediate schools under the Ministry of Construction. The course includes four weeks which takes place from August 8, 2011 to September 16, 2011, while, a week is to learn  theory at CUWC and 3 weeks in Germany for three vocations: Electric Techniques, Construction Techniques, Welding.
