OPEN A COURSE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE

July 5, 2011, in the Human Resource Development Project for urban water supply companies in the central region of Viet Nam, at the Training Centre for Water Sector in the Central Region of Viet Nam has organized to open the training course "Customer Service" for 31 learners from 12 urban water supply companies in the central region of Viet Nam. Attending the ceremony, toward the college, including Dr. Nguyen Ba Thang, Secretary of Party, Principal; MA. Hoang Dinh Thao, Director of Training Center of Central Sector Vice principal; MA. Mai xuan Truong, Vice Director of Thua Thien Hue under College of Urban Works Construction. Toward JICA, including Mr SASAYAMA – Chief Advisor of the project; Ms YARIUCHI Mina – Training Expert of the project.
